This tax is calculated based on the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>property&#8217;s value<\/em><\/span>, which in most cases corresponds to the sale price. However, the tax authorities will re-evaluate the taxable base if the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>official reference value<\/em><\/span> of the property is higher than the declared sale price.
